This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you visit avresgames.com and when you contact us. It serves as the information notice under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors from the European Union, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process

Technical data: when you access the site, our hosting provider’s servers log your IP address, browser information and the time of the request. Your IP address is also used briefly to prevent spam and abuse of the form.
Language preference: the language you choose is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and is not sent to us.
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Purposes and legal bases
Replying to your message and handling your request: KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f).
Keeping the site secure and preventing spam and abuse: KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
Service providers that receive data
Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting the site.
Resend (USA): delivering contact form messages to us by email.
Our email provider: storing the messages we receive.
Because these providers may operate servers outside Türkiye and the EU, your data may be transferred abroad. We do not share or sell your data to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for at most 2 years after your request has been handled, then delete them. Server logs are limited to the hosting provider’s short retention periods.
